Q - can i order offline
absolutely, just call us on 01271 815444 or email us to enquire on availabaility with your number and we wil contact you
Q- What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments from Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta cards. We can also take payments from verified Paypal accounts. Unfortunately we are unable to process payments from American Express cards at this time. Mail order payments can be made by cleared cheques. Pls see our terms and conditions for more info.
Q- What happens to my card details after an online purchase?
We use SSL encryption to carry your card details to us. This means your card details are fully encrypted and therefore not visible to third parties.
Q- Can i deliver to an alternative address, such as my workplace
No problem, just enter the details when you check out
Q- How long should I expect my order to take to arrive?
With Parcelforce (for large items) we send all orders prior to 2pm out the same day on 48hour delivery. For smaller items we send first class, so should receive in 1 to 2 days, but should make aloowances for up to 4 days. |

Q - Can you get items that are not listed on your website
Please email us and we will let you know ASAP, we can get hold of all sorts of skate and kite equipment so you never know.
Q-Are all items in stock?
At the moment we don't use a realtime stock database. We do maintain our website daily so we should be up to date, but occasionally we may have to back order, but we will always check with you first.
Q - i would like to visit, what are your opening times
the shop is normally open 10 till 5, 7 days a weeks. The exception is January thru March when we will shut Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Q - can you do package/ volume pricing
usually yes, pls contact for details
Q - i have seen an item on your site elsewhere that is 10% cheaper, can you pricematch

yes, come and visit us at the shop, we have a rack of demo boards available to try
Q - can you help with repairs and maintenance on my board
if you are passing, pop in and one of our qualified skate engineers :) can advise
Q - what size traction kite should i buy
pls call, again if you are passing we have demo kites in a couple of sizes
